Plan your church retreat

Start With What Your Church Needs. Logistics Come Second.

This is how partnership begins when you are ready to plan. Not a booking form. Not a bed-count quote.

Most venues open with dates and headcount. We open with what would make this retreat a win six months after your group gets home.
FOR COORDINATORS AND PASTORS
Planning a Retreat Is More Than a Venue Search
Whether you are the volunteer who said yes when nobody else would, or the busy pastor who still owns the outcome, the retreat lands on your name if it goes poorly.
You are looking for a planning partner, not a venue that rents you a room and disappears after check-in.
Sadly, everyone remembers who chose the place if the retreat goes badly.
Before You Compare Amenities, Name the Model
Price sheets and bed counts only help after you know what kind of retreat you are building.
Let’s Talk
Pre-Programmed Camps
Someone else's schedule and teaching. Your leaders become passive onlookers at their own retreat.
Facility Rentals
You get the space. You still own food, rooms, A/V, and every problem that shows up after check-in.
Partnership
Your church keeps the vision. A retreat team helps you plan it, write it down, and carry it on site.
You are not picking a venue. You are picking a model: program, facility, or partnership. The model shapes the retreat more than the price sheet.
If partnership is what you want, the next step is a goals conversation, not a quote request.
THE PLANNING PATH
From First Call to Next Year’s Dates
Here is the planning path you walk with us, from first call to next year's dates.
1
Goals Conversation
Someone from our team opens with what your church is trying to accomplish. Who is coming. What you hope God does in the room. What would make this retreat worth repeating. Headcount and dates come after that.
2
Plan Together
5 weeks out: schedule, food, dietary needs, equipment. 3 weeks out: arrival, meals, recreation, prayer requests. Your group is prayed for by name at staff prayer meetings before anyone arrives. Everything lives in writing, so the details are not carried only in your head.
3
On-Site & Beyond
Room assignments solved with you, not handed to you. When something unusual comes up, the default answer is yes. You’re never left to figure out logistics on your own. We’re here to serve from start to finish.

Your identity, leaders, and vision stay at the center. Staff serve what you came to do. That is the partnership category most coordinators have never shopped for, because most New England options are camps or rentals.

What Happens Next
You'll talk with someone from our team about your church's retreat goals. If we are the right fit, you get a clear planning path and timeline. If not, we will tell you honestly and point you somewhere better when we can.
We feel that God has particularly called us to come alongside the people who have the burden and responsibility of planning and executing a retreat. Churches return for 3, 5, and 10 years because the partnership deepens. Ask us to connect you with a coordinator or pastor who has walked this before.
