Most New England venues are pre-programmed camps or facility rentals. Partnership with your specific church is a third model, and most coordinators experienced it yet.
Your Church Stays in the Room. We Carry What Would Pull You Out.
Partnership is not a warmer rental. It is a structural choice about who holds the vision and who holds the logistics.
Your Program, Not Ours
Your retreat, your leaders, your vision. Staff serve what you came to do. We do not redirect it into a camp curriculum you did not ask for.
Your Voice, Our Logistics
Your pastor preaches. Your worship team leads. We carry food, rooms, A/V, dietary needs, and late-night fellowship setup so you stay engaged with your people, and refreshed when you leave.
Partnership before arrival
5 weeks out and 3 weeks out, the plan lives in writing: schedule, meals, equipment, arrival, recreation, prayer requests. You don’t discover unwelcomed surprises at check-in.
Your worship, Your way
Some churches sing and dance loud. Some sit in long silence. Some do both in the same retreat. Our staff doesn't flinch at either. We’re here to champion Jesus and help you celebrate him.
Phillip Lee
Executive Director, Singing Hills
“Your group is prayed for by name at staff prayer meetings before anyone arrives. Not because it looks good. Because none of the work we do on your behalf matters without it.”
Most Venues End at Check-In. Partnership Doesn’t.
A pre-programmed camp asks your church to fit their schedule.
A facility rental hands you keys and leaves the weight on the coordinator.
Our Partnership Model Came From Formation, Not a Strategy Meeting.
Deep belief in the restorative power of retreat within the life of the local church.
“The Lord used a retreat to move everything I was learning from my head down into my heart. It was the relational component of the gospel, being in community with other people, that made it come alive in a way a classroom never did.”
Phillip Lee, Executive Director
It’s Personal
Philip Lee’s conviction about retreat space is personal. In college, a three-month discipleship retreat moved truth from his head into his heart. The relational component of the gospel came alive in a way classroom learning had not.
That experience is why Singing Hills operates the way it does. A venue can copy a floor plan. It cannot copy why the person who built this place believes retreats change people.

When Your Group Asks for Something Unusual, the Default Answer Is Yes.
A Korean group's tradition of noodles at midnight for 100+ people: hot water stations across campus so the whole group could share the moment together.
A group asked whether they could bring an RV. Space was found, and it was made possible.
A group asked for one parking space reserved for their pastors and guest speakers. A sign was made and the space was set aside.
Around an evening winter fire, a group mentioned how good warm drinks would be. Hot chocolate was made and brought out.
Baptisms, late fellowship, dietary needs that change after the plan is set, room setups that do not match the original diagram. The pattern is the same: we solve it with you.
A group asked to fold a baby gender reveal into their retreat weekend. Singing Hills made room for both.

What Happens Next
You’ll talk with someone from our team about your church's retreat goals. If we are the right fit, you get a clear planning path. If not, we will tell you honestly.
We feel that God has particularly called us to come alongside the people who have the burden and responsibility of planning and executing a retreat. Churches return for 3, 5, and 10 years because the partnership deepens. Ask us to connect you with a coordinator or pastor who has walked this before.
