HOST A Retreat GATHERING

Your Group Already Has a Purpose. We Make Room for It.

Women's retreat. Youth weekend. Leadership team. Staff renewal. A quiet personal stay. Same campus. Same hospitality. Different front doors.

If you are planning a full church retreat, start at Plan Your Retreat. This page is for every other way people gather here.

FOR COORDINATORS AND LEADERS

If Your Church Can Name the Gathering, We Can Host It.

Partnership Over Programmed
You don't need to know for sure. If some part of you wonders whether your church needs rest, or needs each other, you belong here. Churches bring women's retreats, men's weekends, youth and college groups, children's ministries, families, small-group leaders, and leadership teams. The shape changes. The partnership does not.
You bring the people, the voice, and the purpose. We carry the campus, the meals, and the logistics so your leaders can stay present to what the weekend is for.
When your group asks for something unusual, our default answer is yes. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish. We will help you find dates and a plan that fits.

STAFF & PASTOR RENEWAL

When Leaders Need Rest, Not Another Program.

Staff retreats and pastoral gatherings. Small leadership cohorts. Quiet, flexible, and restful.
“The Lord used a retreat to move everything I was learning from my head down into my heart. It was the relational component of the gospel, being in community with other people, that made it come alive in a way a classroom never did.”
Phillip Lee, Executive Director
Healthy Leaders
Pastors and church staff carry other people's weight all year. Sometimes the best way to serve your people is a retreat for the people who lead it.
Bring a staff team, a pastoral cohort, or a small circle of leaders who need space to breathe, pray, and be human together. You set the tone. We protect the quiet, the meals, and the room to unplug from the weekly grind.
This is still partnership. We are not handing you a pre-built leadership curriculum. We are making room for the renewal your team already knows it needs.

PERSONAL RETREATS

Come Alone. Come as a Couple. Come as One Family.

Reconnect with Jesus, yourself, and each other. Or come pray, dream, and plan for the ministry ahead.

A Retreat for You

Some seasons need a quiet room and a stretch of woods more than a full group weekend. Personal retreats are for an individual, a couple, or one household (parents and their children). Extended family or multi-household gatherings are group events. We are glad to help you plan those in the Host Your Group path above.
Availability depends on the ministry calendar. Personal retreat season typically runs from after Columbus Day until just before Memorial Day. We do not book these online. A short conversation is the cleanest way to check dates.

What to Expect

We confirm whether your dates work
A small hold fee secures the reservation once dates are confirmed
Meals may be available depending on what else is on campus that week
Nearby restaurants and groceries if meals are not running
Pets and service animals: see our policy before you pack
Suggested giving and meal details are shared when we talk. The goal is a simple stay, not a surprise invoice.

Tell Us What You Are Hoping For.

Dates and headcount come second. Start with the gathering you are carrying. Someone from our team will help you find the right door.
